Most developers start with computer science degrees. I started 60 feet up in trees, clearing power lines for Asplundh Tree Experts. For 16 years, I've solved complex problems under pressure.
The Code Years
In 2018, I discovered coding and immediately saw the parallels: both require logical thinking, attention to detail, and breaking down complex problems into manageable steps.
The Merge
Now I combine my industry knowledge with full-stack development to build tools that solve real problems for real businesses. I understand both the field work and the code that powers it.
